VE7CC's site is offline. So until such time as a new CC User / CC Cluster site is established, I provide the following workaround.

In the absence of Lee's VE7CC website, the user manual was no longer available.

Fortunately there is an old copy available on the Wayback Machine and a link is provided below. As this is, as the name suggests, an old copy of the manual, I would advise against using any of the download links therein.

If you need current downloads of the installation program, or an update for an existing installation, they are available here.
